If you're on Treasure cities, ever wonder what the points are for?
I have the answer!

Hi Lisa,
Every time you refer a member there are five points added to your Points Balance. When your referral reaches payout your Points turn in to cash each and every month your referral reaches payout. I actually never deduct any points but add the cash for referrals who reached payout! I implemented it to give members an idea of how much cash you would earn if each of your referrals reached the minimum cash out of $20 or more!!

This means:
$20 is minimum for cash out and there is no need to request payment. If you make $20, you get paid, net 30.
These earnings include the % you make from referrals.
In addition to that, if any referral(s) also get paid because they made $20 (or more) in that same month, you get $5 for that as well.
So if you have 3 referrals that met the $20 cash out, you get your regular earnings plus the extra $5 for them, which in this example, is $15!
If this isn't motivation to get referrals, I don't know what is!
