I just got off the phone with Debra. She IS the owner of the site. She WAS having an issue with her sister trying to take the site over. Unfortunately, domestic problems that seep through into business life is never good but it happens.
Debra is getting everything straightened out and all will be fine in a few days.

I just wanted to post this update. Feel free to ask questions or comment.

Yes, and it is a shame what went down.
I really like Debra and consider her a personal friend, so I knew something wasn't right from the beginning.
