There was a big issue with theputterpalace co-owners and they went their separate ways. One opened a new site, her second.
All I know is that this owner drew her own conclusions about who were frauders and who weren't, based simply upon who did or did not have reversals on her site. While I don't work her site regularly, I have to give her kudos for ignoring the gossip mills.
