I am super pissed about what is going on with Sunny Day Cash. I spoke to Debra, the admin on the phone and we had always maintained contact via email. We were *freinds*, or so I thought, for as long as the site was open. I know, not that long, b ut still, out of all the GPT sites and such and in light of all the bad stuff going on, I felt confident in her and her site.
I even stood by her through that last episode. I defended her. I will admit, I was duped.
Now, I c all and get no answer, I email and get no response. I am not going to try anymore. What is the point? If I get a hold of her I won't believe anything she tells me. So, why bother?

I agree with you 100% EXCEPT I dropped her a note via snail mail asking if members will be paid. We'll see if I get an answer
If not, I will drop a second note, sent CERTIFIED mail, telling her how I will report her to the IRS re: unreported income, and the state attorney general office for fraud and theft.
If I STILL get no answer, I WILL follow through.

I agree with you 100% EXCEPT I dropped her a note via snail mail asking if members will be paid. We'll see if I get an answer If not, I will drop a second note, sent CERTIFIED mail, telling her how I will report her to the IRS re: unreported income, and the state attorney general office for fraud and theft. If I STILL get no answer, I WILL follow through. Awesome, I know you mentioned that to me and stand by you. If you need anyone to back you up, let me know. |

Thanks. I'll keep you posted. As you know, I'll be away for a while so that will give her plenty of time to get back to me.
If nothing waiting for me when I return home, next step will be that certified letter giving her a deadline date. We'll see what happens. I know it will cost me some money to do this but I am ROYALLY p-ssed!

She claimed her sister tried to take over her site, all kinds of ish went down. She wound up getting a new domain for her site and the URL changed to sunnydaycash1.com She was back *online* for like 2 days and then nothing. You will get the white screen of death now when you try to access her site, as it is suspended and no one has received their money. |

Ahhhh I knew something about her sister trying to take over her site, and thought she got it worked out. So she is MIA

But in the same paragraph she said that legally she didn't have to pay as if to think she is going to get away with it. If she does not pay, then I don't think it is fair that she gets to keep all of the money if the affiliates decide to pay her. That is fraud and I don't care what she says. I will let her tell that to the IRS and the State Attorney General.....LOL |

I just got home from vacation and found an email waiting for me from Debra. She shared a lot of personal info that I don't feel would be right to share now, unless I have her permission. She did indicate that she would be taking care of everything. And I discovered that the site is up and running again. However, I won't be promoting it like I did before until/unless I get paid. I'm going to give her a little more time.
